A Proposed Class Actions Law Reform in British Columbia

On April 23, 2018, British Columbia government introduced the Bill 21-2018 : Class Proceedings Amendment Act that aims to introduce changes to the Class Proceedings Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 50.
